Here is some experimentation which was done after developing an idea. The idea consisted of Hand rendered letters which would make up my proverb 'Not everything is as it seems' The Final Piece will be in the form of a poster and will advertised events at Waterstones, such as book signings and children's activity days. The poster will be as long as a A0 print but slightly small in height than a A4 so that it unexpectedly unfolds out into a long poster. 

This is experimentation for the hand rendered letters which will be at the start of every word. 

 Al the letters will be different in pattern and in size, this was inspired by Luminated letters in old books and children's books, where every letters at the beguiling of a chapter is decorated in different colours and patterns. this also links in with my Profession which is an author. The illustration which was research also gave much inspiration to these letters.
